Joining + Submission Guidelines

HOW TO JOIN
I'll make it simple: To Join Care-Club all you have to do is enter the ongoing contest. That's it. Now for the detailed stuff if you really want all the nitty-gritty details.
To join *Care-Club all you need to do is take part and send an entry to the monthly Club contest. Since *Care-Club will have a different contest running every month, all those who want to join the Club will simply have to send in an entry to us and watch the Club. No JOIN notes is required. Once we accept your entry and watch you in return you're in the Club.
All notes marked JOIN will be deleted.
About Mini-Contests:
You may not send an entry into a mini-contest as a way to join the Club. Mini-contests will sometimes take place while the main monthly contest is running and those who want to join the Club will need to send an entry for the main contest if you wish to join. Requests to join with an entry into a mini-contest will be disregarded. You will need to send the entry to us via NOTE and then add us to your watchlist too.
We will not be accepting new members during contest voting, usually at the end of each month. New members will be accepted only while a main contest is ongoing. Hope everything is clear. Any questions, let us know in a comment below.
How to Submit Artwork
Care-Club offers a place for any member to display their artwork. This helps to promote members talents with everyone who is apart of the club. It does not matter if you are new to art, or professional. Care-Club accepts ALL forms of art: Traditional, Digital, Drawings, Paintings, Fanart, writing, poetry, photo-manipulation, wallpapers, animation and all forms of photography.

- Must be a member first
- Send a note labeled "Gallery" or preferably "Gallery Submission"
- If you just use "Submit or Submission" you must state in the note it is for the gallery. Because when there are contests held, the mailbox gets confusing
- Provide a link or a thumb to the artwork you want to submit
- Send!
Submission Rules
- You can only submit 3 artwork per week.But it has to be submitted as 1 deviation per day.You cannot submit 3 deviations altogether.
- Weeks run from Sunday to Saturday
- You are able to submit anytime within the week.
- There may be delays in submission process. But please note your submission counts on the day it was SENT. Not the day it was entered to the gallery.
- Don't worry the staff are friendly and will notify you about any mistakes or if you've already submitted that week
- Staff will also assist if you have submitted artwork into the wrong deviantart gallery.
