'I took this while out in my mothers woods. Here was an old tree that was cut down because the inside was devastated by rot and bugs, and after all of that, it decides to sprout one lone shoot, brilliant red, as if to say "I am still here, and I really want to begin anew". I just thought that was one of natures miracles, and a new beginning from a tree that was thought dead, and had lived over 100 years.'
